Cons low starting pay. If you want an easy job for 6months then find something more stable then go for it. Near the end of the 6month training period and beyond the job is horrible. Even within the first 6months you have to work a lot of unpaid overtime then after that if you're not working unpaid overtime then they act like you don't care.
