Most Recent. Very good. The Tuesday and Thursday promotion was ok. Keep in mind you do not get access to everything, only a few of the video games are available to you and a person could literally sit there and play or day if they want to.
The pizza deal is good deal, you could order two and have a family of 5 or 6 eat and relax at the restaurant. If you are going to go on a special promotion day try to get there early as it gets busy really fast. Elizabeth D 38 contributions. I was extremely excited to see that the Boondocks fun center was getting built on my side of town, since I grew up going to Northglenn as a kid.
For the price I paid here for the unlimited fun of games, rides, and activities was great. However, nobody wants to visit a place where the employees treat you as though you are an inconvenience to their day.
Any attraction or situation that we as a family had encountered with the employees today was very uncomfortable and demeaning.
Eye rolling from a number of employees as they spoke to paying customers. At one point after waiting for a long time for food and service, I came into the restroom to see our waitress standing around and texting on her phone. The bottom line here to my astonishment was not that this is the fault of the young employees working here as their first job, but rather that the management which by the way is no where to be found does not train their staff on how to properly communicate and provide good adequate service.

Spent my 44th birthday at Boondocks in Parker with the family. I must say the go carts were extremely fun. The slick track was super cool The bumper boats were a fun way to cool off before playing miniature golf.
We were greeted at the door and told the wait time was minutes. Not bad After getting a pitcher of water the new waiter took our order and placed our bar drinks. After another 10 minutes we had to go to the bar to get our drinks which were made and waiting for delivery. I ordered their Cadillac Margarita and asked for lite ice.
This glass was running over with ice. So much I had three drinks in it and gone!! I ordered an over easy cheese burger Appetizers came out cold as hell and not even the flavor of boneless buffalo wings we ordered. As we try and eat the cold meat chunks Looking to throw a birthday party? Boondocks offers several packages that include food, arcade options, goodie bags and more.

Photo: facebook. See pic of scratch from "Dan". Went to the new Boondocks E and Parker Road. Very very nice facility, many things for all family members to do. Moderately priced. Excellent food, also moderately priced. BUT, beware the Rookie car ride. There is a stated 48" minimum size for drivers, but that safety feature was ignored. Small children who could walk under the 36" turnstyle were allowed on, including one who looked barely 3 years old, with the results you might expect.
The tiny child did not make it 20' out of the chute, then t-boned into the wall another ' out, exposing herself to the ongoing rush of other drivers. I spoke with the very young attendant, he did nothing. My wife spoke with the only slightly older "team leader", who just watched the debacle unfold. VERY dangerous. She did not stop the ride and remove the too-short too young to drive anything other than a non-motorized tricycle drivers.
There were no "adult" managers to be seen. I attribute this situation to poor training, at the attendant and leader levels, and lack of managerial oversight of what is going on. I would rate Boondocks "excellent" on facilities, "poor" on management safety. Expect ambulances to replace minivans if this is not corrected.
H 1 contribution. I received a card thanking me from Boondocks and it asked for me to give a thumbs up or a thumbs-down. But they did not make it easy for me to do so. I spent good money taking my team to celebrate a win in competition. Of course they had a great time but as the person behind the scenes trying to make things happen I felt like our hostess must have had way too much on her plate because I always had to go look for her for any and everything.
When I was making reservations I was told I needed a minimum of 25 people. I was afraid that if I didn't pay for enough people and too many came there would be no way to remedy it. So instead I paid for 28 people I believe And when I said that I was going to pay for more just in case I was not told that I paid for that many people those over 25 in count we're not counted I would lose my money or I would have to send it in a different way.
Also I paid for the big package so that my students could play inside and out yet my students were told their wrist bands were only good or the inside games and attractions. Yet I showed them my receipt on my phone and they made me go back inside telling me to get it fixed with the front desk or a manager.
When I attempted to do so the manager called the person running the rides outside and said did you not know this wristband is for groups and he answered yes but yet sent me on this wild goose chase.
Had it not been that my leg has been hurting really bad it wouldn't have been that big a deal to me but he sent me walking back and forth. I also felt like a lot of our time was wasted in the buffet room because we were on a schedule yet I could never find mine hostess. So the kids of course have fun no matter how much time they had because they are kids I kind of feel gypped in the end when it came to our time and money spent at Boondocks.
And there was a manager on staff that was really quite helpful I appreciate the attempt he made to remedy the situation. Will I do a big party at Boondocks again? Only time will tell. Suzanne S Centennial, WY 42 contributions. Unsafe for families, understaffed, poorly maintaned. I witnessed constant line jumping with parents standing there watching it. Saw two moms try to talk to the mom of some kids who cut in line but, other than a heated discussion, nothing in the situation changed.
When my husband and I addressed a child who was cutting to the front of the line, she went crying to her parents who then verbally attacked us calling us selfish for making their child cry and provide several "reasons" why their child shouldn't have to wait in line and physically threated us using very foul language in front of all the families in the line.
When I reported this to management, the manager made it my fault for not reporting it to an attendant who could not be found. Of course, by the time this all played out, the child was on the attraction. Other safety issues include a child who, at the end of his turn on the bumper boats, jumped out of the boat and let it run around in the middle of the pool so the rest of the guests had to wait for the boat to be secured.
Neither the parents or the staff said anything to the child. BeckyR Boulder, CO 77 contributions. Blow all your money for a bad birthday party. My 10 year old son took 12 friends here for his birthday party. It poured rain, so we changed to indoor. HUGE rip- off. For this price, kids should get unlimited games for at least two hours.
Super busy, super noisy, HUGE rip off! Food is super expensive outside of the bday party pizza. Average at best Birthday party. Our service wasn't great, we had to wait to be shown to our party table.
